Warm-up:

  • Indian Run (1 lap)
  • Necks
  • Arm Circles / Seal Claps / Overhead Claps
  • Hamstring Stretch
  • Bear Stretch

Workout:

Parter up. One partner chooses between a lap around the track or 200 yard rifle carry while the other partner performs block exercise based on the roll of the dice.

First number designated the exercise. Second dice designated the number of reps (x10).

  1. Merkins
  2. Curls
  3. Overhead Presses
  4. Coupon Squats
  5. Bent Over Rows
  6. Dips (or Tricep Extensions)

  • LBC holds
  • 6″ holds
  • Plank holds (high/low alternating)
