Workout:

8 minute work rounds, 1 minute rest. One partner did the hill exercise while other partner did a variation of a Merkin — then switched… for time.Round 1:

  • 3x hill sprints
  • Slow merkins (in sets of 5)

Round 2:

  • 2x backward runs up the hill
  • Diamond merkins / merkins from knees (alternating sets of 5)

Round 3:

  • Alternating crawl bear / bear crawl
  • Alternating plank / chaturanga

6MOM:

  • 6” hold / raises
  • LBCs (slow / fast)
  • Side crunches (l / r)
  • Freddie Mercs (slow / fast)
