A variation of The Benjermins – Max reps is 25. Focusing on good form and the quality of each rep. When form begins to fail you’re done, move on to the next exercise.

A lap around the track to get the blood going since the workout is light in the cardio department.

Having recently lost a loved one I’ve contemplated my own mortality more than I otherwise normally would. The focus of the workout was on the quality of reach rep and the number of reps. No one knows how long they have in this life and we can’t control how much time we have. We can however focus on the quality of the life we have, the quality of the work we do, the quality of the relationships we have with our loved ones.
