Holiday Travels

Workout:

After a motivator and some stretching we hit the proverbial road for some holiday travels.

Each round consisted of a 10 yard traveler exercise, an incremental exercise with reps equal to the distance away from the starting goal line and a hold. When you a) reached failure, b) finished the round (which was likely impossible) or c) 10 minutes elapsed, you returned to the goal line to perform the hold until the 6 came in.

Round 1: Traveler = lunge walk w block, Incremental = squat jumps onto block, Hold = squat hold

Round 2: Traveler = burpee jumps, Incremental = merkins, Hold = plank

Round 3: Traveler = murder bunnies, incremental = monkey humpers, Hold = 6”

Although cliche, focus of thankfulness… Thanksgiving is my favorite. It is obviously a time to be thankful. But, more importantly, to vocalize that thankfulness. Think about and share what you’re thankful for. We are all extremely fortunate. Thank you to you all for being a family to me. Truly. You’re all awesome and I appreciate you very much.
