Workout:
30 seconds each exercise with 10 second rest in between each exercise
- Jump rope – run up and back
- Squat hold
- Jump rope- regular bounce
- Jumping lunges
- Jump rope- freestyle
- Jumping jacks
- Jump rope – speed bounce
- Squat hold
Rinse and repeat x 4
6MOM:
5 minutes of sprint relays – 50 yards rotating with partner
