Workout:

30 seconds each exercise with 10 second rest in between each exercise

  • Jump rope – run up and back
  • Squat hold
  • Jump rope- regular bounce
  • Jumping lunges
  • Jump rope- freestyle
  • Jumping jacks
  • Jump rope – speed bounce
  • Squat hold

Rinse and repeat x 4

6MOM:

5 minutes of sprint relays – 50 yards rotating with partner
