After a short warmup by the parking lot, The PAX moseyed to the turf to strengthen their core. We performed various core exercises of the PAX choice. Exercises included big bois, high plank, low plank, Flutter kicks, pass the butter, elevator leg lifts, star crunches and so much more…

My thought for today is from a quote by Joel Thomas (Pastor of Buckhead church in Atlanta). While listening to his sermon, this quote really grabbed my attention as it really hit home to how I used to live.

“Taking on life on your own, it doesn’t make you strong, it makes you stupid…”

It took me a long time to learn this, but I’m so thankful that I have this F3 brotherhood to lean into in times of need. No need for us to go it alone.
