Fun with Finch

After getting a warmed up, Pax performed a Motivator from 10. Then, grabbed coupons and started working through the following exercises:
Burpees
OH Presses
Squats
Big Boys
Performed 10 of each exercises, and then ran to the opposite goal line and back. Continued with 9 exercises in the next round all the way down to 1 each. We made it through 5 today with runs in between. Then had to do 4, 3, 2 and 1 altogether at the end to get all our reps in.

Words today were something that I think about a lot and I’ve shared before and they come from the song ‘Lion’ by Elevation Worship. I think that it’s so easy to go quiet when religion or Christianity gets brought up in the workplace or elsewhere (i.e. not in church), but we have the Lion inside of us. There’s a way to share that Lion respectfully and that’s something I want to improve on in everyday life. Thanks for coming out this morning men!
