The PAX circled up at the 50 yard line and did 10 reps of the following exercises w Coupon per round:
Step back Lunge
Step ups (4 count)
After rounds 3, 5 and 6 the PAX ran w the Coupon to goal line, then other goal line and back to 50 yard line. Fun was had by all!!
I’m reading Chapter 6 of the book Emotionally Healthy Spirituality by Peter Scazzero which is about Keeping the Daily Office and Sabbath. I’m not good at doing either of them but this week I’ve challenged myself to break away from work, life, etc and focus in God, prayer, rest, worship. It is unbelievably refreshing doing this throughout the day.
The number of times per day or how long each time is doesn’t matter, what matters is that you break away from the business of the day and turn your focus to God.
My challenge is that you join me in this until at least Christmas and see if you notice any change.
