Workout:

2 pairs of runners. Gazelles @Shugah @Butterfest and the Clydesdale @Butterfest @Cadet

Gazelles probably got the 3 miles in with the usual lake course. They were out of site rather quickly for us.
Clydesdales ran lake loop and then cut up foote to 18 to get some incline work in. @Cadet also talked me into running up the Lake Medina Summa Health driveway.
