Workout:

100yard sprint, 50yard lunge walk, 50yard bear crawl, 20 merkins.
Repeat for 5 rounds

Big Boys
Snow Angel
Butterfly Crunch
Flamingos

COT:

If you can’t fly, then run.
If you can’t run, then walk.
If you can’t walk, then crawl.
But whatever you do, you have to keep moving.
