Warm-up:

Stretches at the base of the hill

Workout:

We laddered Burpees and LBCs to 11 on the hill.
LBCs at the bottom, 1-10, Burpees at the top 10-1
3 Sets of 10 reps of each of the following in a super set sequence:  Picnic table shrugs, Dips, Merkins
1 lap around the lake, using lunge walks, bear crawls, back pedals, super marios, and moseys

6MOM:

50x LBCs, 25x Gas Pumps, 20x Flutter kicks on a four count

COT:

We’ve reached that time of year where we’ve blown by Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day.  Do not allow this to let our law enforcement and armed forces slip from your mind.  I realize that can happen without a holiday there to remind us, but remain cognizant of these folks’ efforts to keep us safe and secure!
