COT:

It is never too late to re-start your resolution. As we approach the end of the year there is no reason why you can not start this minute on the beginning of this years resolution. I heard a therapist or someone say that they will tell their clients that want to work out or loose weight to start by just getting out of bed and drive to the gym. Literally just driver there. The client doesnt have to get out of the car. Just drive there and sit in the car in the parking lot for a couple mins. Do that for a few week. Literally he will have them do that for a couple week. Every day just get up and driver there. Then the next couple weeks go in to the gym. Walk around and go home. Just walk in for a couple weeks.. And then on and then on…

Its about just getting started however small the first steps of starting are.
