Stairs, dice, and everything nice

6 tough as nails PAX showed up this AM to share the bond that only men in a circle can share while making copious amounts of eye contact with each other.

All PAX started at the West end zone. 3 PAX rolled the Coupon die and 3 rolled the body weight exercise die. Q also rolled for the # of reps die. All PAX completed 6 sets of various exercises depending on the group rolls. We completed numerous merkins, chest presses, dips, rows, crunches, lunges, overhead presses, skull crushes, and a few burpees to finish out the final round.

Round two 6 Dice rolls, 6 sets of exercises Q rolled 10 reps each
Ran the stairs faster!

Round three 6 Dice rolls, 6 sets of exercises for 20 reps each
Ran the stairs even faster!

Round four 6 Dice rolls, 6 sets of exercises for 20 reps each, minus the burpees at 10 reps.
No stairs!

work up the guts, do the leg work and figure it out. It doesn’t matter if you choose to actually pursue the choice in question, if you did your homework on it, and you decided it wasn’t for you. I originally wrote off a more local staff job at University Hospital, mainly when it came down to the nuts and bolts of it, because I was not used to the new idea of working a staff position at an unfamiliar hospital. Im so used to traveling and what I know that I put the idea down before I really considered it. That is, until M asked me why? I didn’t have an answer. She’s right, I’m wrong. I’m looking into the job. So far the extra information I’m discovering seems very promising! Do the leg work, you’ll be happy you took extra time to gather the best information about your decision.
