COT:

F3 Akron turns 3 years old tomorrow, June 22. We have had some great workouts in the 3 years and have certainly made some great friendships along the way but what I’m personally most proud of is we have made God more present and clear to the men of our group and to others in our community. I pray for continued spiritual transformation and progress for each and every one of us the next 3 years!
