Five PAX hit the trail and hit it hard!  @McCracken @Shugah @Wolowitz @Dash @Radio got in 3.27 miles on a very mild October morning.@Dash and @Radio clocked in at a smoking 15:54 per mile.  The first mile was at 15:42, which isn’t all that far from @Radio’s mile time when he’s running.
