- neck rolls, Look left, look right
- Arm circles forward and back
- Crescent pose left and right
- Toe touch into Plank
- up dawg, back to plank
- down dawg/Calf stretch back to toe touch
- flamingo OYO
Workout:
- 40 reps each:
- Merkins, curls, squats, lawn mowers (20 each arm)
- Followed by Stadium steps
- Then 100 yard sprint
- Rinse and repeato
