Warm-up:

  • Triceps/Shoulders
  • Tippy Taps
  • Bear Stretch/Calves

Workout:

Began in the corner of the West End Zone with a series of six exercises, 25 Reps each exercise:
  • Weighted Squats
  • Merkins
  • Curls
  • Tricep Dips
  • Bent Rows
  • Bonnie Blairs
After each round, PAX did a one lap Guardian run. Completed 4 rounds totaling 100 Reps of each exercise and 1 mile of Guardian Run.

Side Crunches (10 count each side)
Plank – Shoulder Taps (4 count x 12)
Plank – Mountain Climbers (4 count x 12)
Plank – Jacks (4 count x 12)
Gas Pumps (4 count x 10)
