Warm-up:

neck rolls, arm circles, Michael Phelps, ssh, tappy-taps, Abe Vigodas, turn and bounce, flamingos, the Tantrum

Workout:

6 strong for Wednesday!

The Thang: run goal line to goal line with KB in right hand or weight vest snuggly tightened. Keep KB in right hand until exhaustion. Switch to left hand and run until exhaustion. Set KB down and do 10 exercises of your choosing. Run to the farthest goal line without the KB and return. Repeato for 23 glorious minutes. Set to music by DJ Stafford.

Mosey 1 lap as a group and finished with stretching.
