PAX completed the continuous movement 30 minute workout (inspired by U of Iowa wrestling coach Gable) consisting of the following:
- Run 1 lap X 5 burpies, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s
- Run 2 laps X 5 burpies, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s
- Run 3 laps X 5 burpies, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s
- Run 4 laps X 5 burpies, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s
- Run 5 laps X 5 burpies, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s
Great work, each of you. And, congrats to those few who got into round 5 in the allotted time.
COT:
Humility was the topic. Discussed my experience last weekend with F3 Toledo and the humility of my great friend @Pixar. We also had a mini Pre-COT where we discussed Coach Gable’s remarkable wrestling and coaching accomplishments and his back story.
