Warm-up:

  • 25 – Side Straddle Hops
  • Shoulders/Tri’s
  • Turn and Bounce
  • Runner’s Stretch
  • Bear Stretch/Calves

Workout:

  • PAX lined up on West goal line, performed 20 Reps of exercise, alternating between OH Press and Curls.
  • Karaoke to 50 yard line and performed 25 Merkins
  • Karaoke to East goal line and performed 30 Reps of an Ab Exercise (Big Boys, LBC’s, Flutter Kicks, Reverse LBC’s and Side Crunches)
  • Mosey back to West goal line

Rinse and Repeat for 6 rounds

  • 7th Round- Bear Crawl to the 50 yard line, 25 Merkins; Mosey to East goal line, 30 Big Boys
