Warm-up:

  • Neck rolls
  • Tappy taps
  • Turn and bounce
  • Shoulder stretch
  • Calf stretch
  • Hammy stretch
  • Mini motivator 5-1

Workout:

Bears and Blocks
  • Start at goal line with coupons
  • Block at feet, bear crawl position.
  • Pull block to head, bear crawl til block is between your feet, to 50yd.
  • Alternate hands to pull block through
Big Bang.  ( at midfield)

Start in plank, Q yells “bang” PAX goes 10 yds to complete exercise, run back to 50 yd line plank to 6
Repeat 20, 30, 40, 50 yds/reps OYO
10- burpees
20- squat jumps
30- mountain climbers(L/R=1)
40- Merkins
50- LBC’s

Head, shoulders knees and toes x 15
Calf raises w/coupon (John Cusack style) x 25

Repeat from Big Bang from 50 to 10

Bears and bricks back to end zone
