@Wall-E will be posting needs for a family he and his wife are sponsoring. We talked about gratitude exercises. Some simple ones that stuck with me: journaling (just writing down things you’re grateful for) and ritual gratitude exercise. Ritual gratitude is making a point of expressing what you’re grateful for at the same time each day. For example, when drinking coffee in the morning, when you sit down at dinner or when you first get in your car. Just take a moment and say out loud 2-3 things you’re grateful for.
