Sat., Nov. 18, 2023 / 07:00 am - 08:00 am / Medina High School

Pax decided on the M in the middle for various stretches.

7 Pax posted for this “recovery” workout, only to be sorely disappointed on this brisk Saturday morning when greeted by an energetic Snugglebug, who had no intention of having a chill Saturday workout. @Shugah @Radio @CHiP @Wall-E @Garmin @Dash @Snugglebug
Pax grabbed a coupon, and lined up on the west goal line, and proceeded to do a total of 6 exercises in a repeating circuit, with a run/walk down to the opposite end zone and back in between

Last weekend I gave a talk at my church to a group of teenagers about the importance of fellowship and friendship, and about how going through hard times with others is easier than alone. This past week has been pretty tough for me for a few reasons, and the first thing I do usually when going through hard times is close off from others, and I definitely did that this week, as there were more than a few days I could’ve come out and decided not to. I found it ironic that I preached about reaching out to others in hard times then immediately disregarded my own advice when faced with challenges in my own life. I cannot stress enough how important comradery and fellowship is for us as human beings, being social creatures by nature, and how good of a place this group is for men to find community and strength, especially when doing activities that challenges us.
