Motivator plus stretchy things


We did an Indian run up and around the parking lot hill. Every two laps we paused and did a ladder, building upon the previous round:

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 merkins
  • 20 squats
  • 30 monkey humpers
  • 40 monkey humpers (because 30 isn’t enough?)

Last round we did four laps for a total of 12.


  • Super set of 6” hold and leg lift variations
  • Oblique crunches
  • Plank / mountain climber combo


Be Better.
